iPad Drawing Guidelines:

Participating patients will receive entries for reviewing Memorial Park Dental online as follows:

Google+ = 4 entries
Yelp and CitySearch = 2 entries each
"Like” us on Facebook and write on our wall = 2 entries

Participating patients will receive entries for referring patients* as follows:

1 patient = 2 entries
2 patients = 5 entries
3 patients = 9 entries
4+ patients = 4 entries/patient
To ensure you receive your entries, please make sure your referrals cite you as their referral source!
*Referred patients must follow through with their appointments to count!

Please email paul.newhouse@memorialparkdental.com to verify your online reviews and you’ll receive confirmation of your drawing entries. Patient referrals will be tracked through our practice software. Entries will be tracked by number and the winner will be chosen via a random number generator.

The winner will be announced December 7th on Facebook and Twitter and can claim their iPad as an early Christmas present from Memorial Park Dental-Spa!
